Product Information

All specifications of products and its images mentioned on our website is just to identify the product, it may be vary time to time by its manufacturer, in that case our company is not liable for any errors or any technical thing which does not match with the product received by customer. Please refer to manufacturer website for the actual details like product images and specifications.

Pricing and Availability

All pricing is subject to change without notice, and NAKODA IT HUB reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, and other extenuating circumstances.

On rare occasions, an item in our catalog may be mis-priced. We will verify pricing when processing your order and before we take payment. If we have made a mistake and a product’s correct price is higher than the price on the Site, we may either contact you before shipping to ask whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.

We list availability information for products sold by us on the Site, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the Site, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. NAKODA IT HUB shall at its sole discretion, at any time, have the right to refuse or cancel any order for a product that is unavailable. If such order is canceled after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, NAKODA will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Warranty

NAKODA IS A DISTRIBUTOR ONLY. PRODUCTS SOLD BY NAKODA ARE NOT MANUFACTURED BY NAKODA. THE PRODUCTS MAY, HOWEVER, BE COVERED BY EACH MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, SERVICE, AND SUPPORT POLICY (IF PRESENT).

Goods once sold will be accepted for warranty repair / replacement only if they are in good physical condition. Products with broken / burnt pins, pen / pencil markings, cracks, missing / tampered components / warranty stickers damaged will be rejected and considered warranty void in above conditions.

Warranty clause stand void for damage caused due to mishandling of equipment for any reasons causing damage of the products like lack of knowledge, improper handling, electricity problem etc., on the basis that under normal condition there would have been no damage of the product.

Warranty is against manufacturing defects only, and as per manufacturers warranty policy. In case manufacturer has local service center then for warranty the customer has to approach the service center directly with the purchase details.

Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per manufacturer/ supplier warranty policy.

We reserve the right to reject material received for warranty without accessories, manuals, Software CD’s / DVD’s & outer box packing.

Any service litigation or problems have to address directly to manufacturers/distributor/company direct dealer address only. We are not responsible for any litigation thereof.

Warranty service will be given only where the full payment is made on the due date.

Order Processing Time

For products sold and shipped by NAKODA IT HUB, you can expect your order to be processed within 12-24 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. NAKODA does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders are processed on weekends, excluding holidays.

Returns & Refunds

Returns must be undamaged / unmodified and complete with all original accessories. Returns or refunds will not be accepted on items that are missing packaging or accessories or that have been physically altered, modified or damaged. Returns are only accepted on unopened products within (3) days of original purchase date. We accept refund request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective.Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

Returns & Exchanges Returns must be undamaged / unmodified and complete with all original accessories. Returns will not be accepted on items that are missing packaging or accessories or that have been physically altered, modified or damaged. Return or exchange are only accepted on unopened products within (7) days of original purchase date
